He possesses extensive knowledge of ground, air and ocean transportation as well as warehousing and cross-dock operations, Ben has been involved in all aspects of budget planning, policy creation and implementation as well as hiring and training. He currently manages the largest service center for a large LTL carrier, supervising all departments including sales, dispatch, customer service, drivers and operational supervisors. He has conducted route analysis, developed core business strategies, and eliminated non-profitable business resulting in a 17% increase in employee productivity and 8% decrease in operating cost. He also implemented initiative programs that increased gross revenue by 26% in 2001 and improved the operating ration from 104% to 87%. Brad is a customer focused leader that has a comprehensive understanding of sales, administration, operations and employee management.


Christiana - GTA Senior Distribution Professional

A highly skilled manager with extensive experience in global logistics, program management, supply chain management, inventory control and direct fulfillment. Christiana has proven leadership skills in strategic large-scale process developments resulting in reduced cycle times, reduced costs and increased efficiencies. Corrine is a successful Air Import and Export professional. She takes great pride in maintaining strong client relationships as well as bringing on new clients to increase company revenue. His annual budget accountability was $7M with 5 direct reports and 70 indirect staff. He successfully directed the closer of the Windsor, Toronto and Montreal facilities including negotiating closeout agreements with the teamsters and CAW, managing the consolidation of company assets and $10M inventory into a new facility. Dan implemented KPI’s and best practices across the Canadian network achieving 20% increased productivity, 10% increase in order fulfillment rate and reduced expenditures by 8%. David - GTA Driver Recruiter

David is an accomplished, talented and professional Driver Recruiter with extensive experience in all aspects of screening, hiring, training and coaching Company Drivers and Owner Operators within the transportation industry. He has created and implemented new processes for recruiting and retaining drivers as well as a tracking program to ease the recruitment process. David directly managed 10 driver coaches and was responsible for training, coaching and mentoring new drivers. Managing the daily operations and strategic planning for two distribution centers with a combined area of 2.5 million sq. ft. and over 1200 employees. Earl has an impressive record of accomplishments in the identification, development and implementation of innovative, cost effective, customer focused improvements. As a result of his continuous improvements in fulfillment, delivery and fraud prevention store satisfaction has improved 28% and lost time has decreased 54%. Earl has completed his Honours B.A in Economics at Queen’s University, PLog and continuous professional improvements in the supply chain industry.


Jeffrey - Human Resource Manager (GTA)

Jeffrey is people-oriented Human Resources Manager possessing over 15 years of diverse experience within both unionized and non-unionized organizations. An excellent communicator, Jeffrey has successfully created and implemented various employee standards and work place training programs. Jim - GTA VP of Transportation

Jim is a seasoned logistics leader with proven successes at improving processes and procedures to increase organizational performance and efficiency. He is currently responsible for creating a scalable trucking infrastructure to extend door to door reach across North America. He is directly accountable for the non asset based truck brokerage division as well as the integration of asset based trucking, intermodal and non asset based brokerage to shippers providing a source ground transportation solution.

One of his most recent accomplishments was the assessment, creation and execution of a de-bottleneck program that converted a terminal to a cross dock operation forestalling an estimated $100M+ capital expenditure. He also negotiated and managed a $10M acquisition of a container yard resulting in $2M annual profit increase as a stand along profit center. Jim has completed his MBA at Queen’s University as well as ongoing professional development in the transportation industry.


John - GTA Sales Manager

This seasoned and successful business development professional has over 20 years of progressive experience in the international transportation industry. John resides in the Greater Toronto Area although is open to travelling.

He has successfully managed all aspects of account attainment, maintenance and retention for 1200 active customers with a team of ten sales executives. Through the creation and day to day management he successfully increased average weekly sales calls by 33% resulting in and increased customer base of 22% annually.

John began his education at Seneca and has continued to train in his industry to include SPIN selling, Selling Excellence, Account Development Strategies, Management Courses and Accounting.


Josh - SW Ontario Service Manager

Josh is an experienced and accomplished Service Manager in the Transportation Service Industry. Josh is a licenced Truck and Coach Technician, currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of servicing a lease fleet of over 400 units with a team of 20 technicians. While managing human resources, budgeting and financial responsibilities for his department, Josh is committed to providing excellent customer service at all times. He has successfully managed a team of individuals to reduce the number of injuries in the workplace through the creation of a safety-minded workforce. Mark has implemented pre-shift management meetings to review targets and staffing requirements resulting in the reduction of part time employees.

As a direct result of his continuous improvement style, he has effectively implemented a weight inspection program resulting in a savings of over $20,000,000 in 2007. Peter - GTA Senior Sales and Operations Professional

Robert is an experienced, results oriented distribution professional with extensive knowledge and experience in the transportation, supply chain and distribution industries. He currently manages the daily activities of 350 staff within the facility including administration, operations and distribution personnel. His range of responsibility includes overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments for one of Canada’s leading retail organizations. He has created and implemented strategies to improve overall costs and streamlined standard processes, finding efficiencies and developing new standards of practice. Ron - GTA Director of Distribution

This Sr. Distribution & Supply Chain Director is well educated with an MBA from York University as well as numerous industry related training programs. Ron is located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Ron is an entrepreneurial executive with a demonstrated ability to provide strategic and tactical leadership in the transportation and distribution industry. A results driven decision maker with a history of delivering operational improvements through analysis, creation and implementation of SOP’s and KPI’s as well as team culture development.

Ron is currently leading a unionized distribution team with 55 direct and 850 indirect reports in a 700,000 sq ft facility. He has been instrumental in attaining cost savings of $2.5 million in 2007 as well as educing employee turnover to 4% annually. He has lead diversity initiatives and improved overall facility productivity by 15% through the development of KPI’s down to the supervisor level and linking daily tasks to business goals for managers.


Scott - Tri-City Sales Manager

Operations & Fleet

Keith - SW Ontario Operations Manager

Keith is an energetic, dedicated and career focused Transport Manager with extensive experience in all areas of operations, dispatch and facility leadership. He rationalized the operations for cost reductions with a target of $100k/yr and eliminated overtime costs through the use of temporary staff and shifting resources to meet business needs. He implemented corporate directives on FAST Security System by administering and monitoring procedures meeting the target of zero delays at customs and on-time shipments were realized as a result of this initiative. Through the management of activities and processes he was able to reduce the potential charge from quality containment levy to $10K from the previous $25K. Keith has proven himself effective as a change manager, indentifying and reducing operations costs through process improvement and would add immediate value to a growing organization.
