2) Candidate Search: We source our candidates through our proprietary data base, direct recruitment, industry associations, networking and referrals. We do not place advertisements on internet job boards.
3) Candidate Assessment: Potential candidates are initially screened via telephone in order to confirm their relevant skills and experience. Our second stage of assessment includes a thorough chronological review and behavioural interview as well as a detailed analysis of candidate’s career goals and aspirations to ensure long term sustainability in a new role.
4) Assessments & References: All potential candidates provide references for verification prior to placement. Our consultant’s complete a thorough background check to ensure that all details of work experience and performance is accurate. Upon request our team will complete criminal background checks, educational verification as well as a variety of job specific assessments.
5) Selection Process: Clients are presented with a short list of candidates including a personalized profile that outlines each candidate’s specific strengths and credentials as it would relate to their organization. Our team arranges interviews, provides feedback and guidance throughout the selection process, facilitating negotiation and advising on an appropriate offer structure and package.
